Every time you use them spare a thought for the first generations of children in the North in the Irish schools whose parents could only have dreamt of such resources. We owe much to them and their children who faced a daily struggle with resources and who are the true pioneers of change for the Irish language and its speakers. Unlike years ago, our families today do not have to be educated under government misrule and in a society that did not want them to succeed.
